Our Story
Desert Family Powersports is a locally owned & family operated company. We've always had a passion for Powersports & an admiration for the breathe-taking views our desert landscape has to offer, so we decided to share our passion with you! It is our hope that during your rental, you experince the thrilling excitement that our rental fleet has to offer, while also getting to see the amazing wildlife, and outstanding scenery in our beautiful AZ Desert.

Rental Terms
Rental Agreement: By renting a UTV, Motorcycle, Dirt-Bike or Utility Trailer from Desert Family Powersport Rentals, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Renter Requirements: To rent any of the rental units from Desert Family Powersport Rentals, the renter must be 25 years of age, have a valid Drivers License, and provide a copy of their current auto insurance.
Renters must be willing to sign a liability waiver and pay a $1,000 Deposit on the rental.
*Renters are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and capable of operating the rental unit*
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, we accept all major credit cards.
Fuel: Rental unit is provided to renter with a full tank of Premium 91 fuel. Renter is to refuel the tank with 91 premium gas prior to return. Failure to do so will result in a fuel charge (Fuel charge varies depending on rental unit).
Cancellations and Changes: We understand that life happens, We are happy to reschedule your booking if you cannot make it. All cancellations will be charged a $60 cancellation fee and the remainder of the charge will be refunded back to the renter. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged the full amount.
Accident/Damages: Renters are 100% responsible for any damages to the rental unit during the rental period. The renter will be charged for repairs or replacement of the rental unit in the event of an accident or damages. Payment for repairs or replacement is due in full, on the day of the accident. Desert Family Powersport Rentals does not make payment arrangements.
Responsible Operator: Renters are to operate the rental unit responsibly. We ask that the renter avoids drifting, and excessive speeding. Any accident or damages caused due to renters negligence or recklessness will result in a $500 fine.
Unreported Accidents: Any accidents or damages must be reported to Desert Family Powersport Rental Staff immediately. Renter will be charged a $500 fine if accident or damage isn't reported at the time of rental return.
Liability: Renters are responsible for ensuring that they operate the UTV, or motorcycle in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Desert Family Powersport Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or deaths that may occur during the rental period.
Lost Items: Renter is responsible for their personal belongings during the rental period. Desert Family Powersport Rentals is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
Protective Gear: Renters are advised to wear helmets and other protective gear while operating UTV, or motorcycle. Desert Family Powersport Rentals provides helmets and goggles at no additional cost. If protective gear is lost, stolen or damaged. Renter will be responsible for paying the full cost of the gear at the time of rental return.
Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather such as flash floods, or thunderstorms Desert Family Powersport Rentals may reschedule any bookings to a later date/time. In the event that the weather changes suddenly during your rental period. We may contact you and request that you return with the rental and wait until the storm passes. If the renter does not want to wait, they will not be refunded or given a credit.
Late Returns: Renters are responsible for returning the rental unit on time. Late returns may result in a $60 Fee.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Desert Family Powersport Rentals is located.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Desert Family Powersport Rentals and the renter, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE - We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time. This will allow time for paperwork and safety briefing prior to your ride.

SHOULD I REFUEL MY RENTAL PRIOR TO RETURN - Yes, we will provide you the rental with a full tank of 91 Premium gas, in exchange, we kindly ask that you make sure to top off the tank with 91 premium gas prior to returning your rental. Failure to do so will result in a fuel charge.

WHERE CAN I TAKE MY RENTAL? - We can provide a list of recommended trails, however you are welcomed to take your rental anywhere within the state of AZ. We ask that renters refrain from taking rental units out of state.

UNFAVORABLE WEATHER? - In the event that the weather is unfavorable, such as heavy rain or thunderstorms, you may contact us to reschedule your booking for a later date/time. Please note that there is a cancellation fee if you do not wish to reschedule.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY RESERVATION? - We are happy to reschedule your booking if you are unable to make it.
